CoachAccountable 2.0: A Sneak Peak
Development on CoachAccountable 2.0 has been treat these last 5 months. These last few weeks the system has seen a lot of polish as everything gets ready for public presentation. Here are a few screenshots that give a sense for how things are coming together.
Client actions. Being able to set reminders via text is a serious with for timely follow through.
Client Metrics. Super easy-to-use system for having clients track quantitative progress.
The Client Stream. A running display of all elements of a coaching relationship in CoachAccountable, which coach and client can comment freely on keep focus on what’s important.
Assigning a worksheet. Your own templates, easy to edit on the fly, and with a due date and reminders for your client.
And here’s the system with and without custom branding activated, one of my favorite bits of technical magic that allows coaches to make the system all their own.

Oh, sending auto-reminders is such a cool thing and with the worksheets too… I can envisage saving about 5 hours a week just for that.
I am so looking forward to the relaunch.

Thanks John! Yeah, the auto-reminders is one of those huge wins of having software be a part of a coaching structure. It’s been a serious boon to follow through of the people I coach.

It’s fine when you only have a small number of ongoing clients, but without a system for keeping track, I get lost, and worse, my clients get lost.
Currently, to do so I’m using a CRM, tracking inside my toolbox, a to do list and email… they might inter connect but it’s a human intervention each time to process.
How soon is soon? Not to pressure you but… ok it is to pressure you :-)

A pleasure John. Signed up already though little time to play this morning as I am training clients. So far looks good and seemless to sign up and the very minimal setup I did from my android tablet on the bus this morning. So yes it works well on android fyi.
