    It’s so much better using this, John. Previously, I would write an email for each client who had actions or any follow up ahead of my vacation, with a bullet list of actions in one email… almost always “instant overwhelm” (alluded to in your previous post below https://blog.coachaccountable.com/2012/10/getting-more-follow-through-in-the-people-you-coach/

    Preparing to go on holiday created more stress – with more clients = more stress. This time… I only had to deal with the stress of sending my dog off to the petsitter :-) Come back and my clients have been drip fed their actions (according to their choice of reminder and plan). Sure there are other ways of doing this with todo list shares, autoresponders and the like but they still need setting up seperately. It’s like being given an extra two days holiday :-)

    That is so cool. The setup-then-drip-feed model seems surprisingly powerful for keeping clients on track over time, but in retrospect feel quite appropriate indeed!
